Now that we’ve got that big ass disclaimer outta the way, lemme say that the Grace x Alyssa set is a complete reimagining. In this version, both characters are adults, and the model used for Grace is clearly her older model.
Apparently, that’s a difficult concept for some people to grasp. Social media is full of schizophrenic people that forgot to take their tablets and refuse to accept that artists have full creative freedom to reinterpret characters and scenarios however they want. Shocking concept for them, I know.
Meanwhile, anyone with at least one functioning brain cell know twitter works on rage-bait, quote tweets, and chasing attention. That explains why some people keep deliberately misinterpreting what they’re seeing while repeatedly quote retweeting it, hoping to hitch a ride on whatever traction my post gets.
Ironically, that just makes it easier to spot who’s projecting their own weird assumptions onto something that was never that deep to begin with. But hey… welcome to the internet.
