Help me decide on an emeto follow-up?

For my last post ~ It's one of those pieces that's kind of hard to do an emeto version to because there are two options: natural story progression (she gets up and goes to the bathroom, so puking in the toilet) or an actual emeto version of the same scene (puking in bed). I never really know what to do in these circumstances, so, let me know your thoughts?
