Pandora's Box 2 [0.31] + Short Stories 1.8 for Hardcore+ Patrons

Hey, everyone. I can finally release this update. I want to apologize because the last month and a half has been a mess to say the least. My release schedule and work flow was thrown off by a lot because of issues outside of my control with the PC having issues. But things should all be resolved now as I bought a brand new CPU, which was the problematic part.
