家でも外でもずっと働いて休みが欲しくてモチベーション下がって外での仕事以外は何もせずに休んでました。１週間ほど休んだので復活しました。

I've been working all the time at home and outside the house and needed a break, lost motivation and did nothing but work outside the house, I took a week off and I'm back.
