Finished on the last day, here is April’s OO Tier request by SChamp. The Facility’s Women’s Champion PG Leigh receiving bullying from the Heels. Surely she’ll retain her belt? With this piece I wanted to indulge myself with a form of bullying/breathplay in which the boot is used as an impromptu hood. Outlandish and very niche, (like my penchant for the one boot off look), I know it won’t land for most, so I made it a variant.
