After months of depressing news we finally caught a break. Today we're talking about the charges of MICHAEL SHANNON SIMS, who participated in both Traders Domain, and OmegaPro and we discussed two years ago.
JUAN CARLOS REYNOSO was also charged, both he and Michael Sims could face up to 20 years in prison if convicted -- for one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering.
So although I'm happy to criticize the government for their recent lax approach to fraud, I also have to give credit where it is due. Happy this one got through.
