Sorry for leaving the manga at such a cliffhanger...
This time, the manga I’m working on is a retelling of the Three Little Pigs fairytale,
and the first chapter’s story is all planned out (about 30+ pages in total).
(Since it’s about three pig sisters, there’ll probably be at least three chapters… I think!)
Since this is my first attempt at a longer original manga, I spent extra time preparing upfront.
Plus, with the translation stuff, I couldn’t get more content done this time,
so the main action will have to wait until next month.
For the translations, I used GROK/GPT/DeepL to cross-check and make sure the dialogue feels as accurate as possible.
I’m not sure if it might come across as too stiff or not conversational enough,
but I hope it makes for a better reading experience overall.
Translations really take a lot of time and mental energy,
so I’m thinking of tackling larger batches of pages at once.
Moving forward, I’ll aim to update at least once a month, with more pages released each time.
As I mentioned before, I’m hoping to gradually focus more on original works,
and the process might take some time to figure out and fine-tune.
