With the introduction of the Nineteen comes the necessity to have a lot of them pre-made and on call to reference at points in the story, or maybe even giving them a larger role. I currently have thirteen of them ready to go, should I need them at any point. Some of them have bigger roles already assigned to them, like Polly or Remnant... and maybe others you've already met ^^
I thought it'd be fun to let Patrons create their own Nineteen, and if they don't overlap with any of the ones I already made, I'll add them to the list. Maybe they'll get a mention in the future, maybe not. Either way, I'm curious to see what you can come up with.
Things to keep in mind when creating one of the Nineteen: (Caution, contains very slight spoilers about Remnant)
They are the pinnacle of strength, taking their skillset to the absolute limit.
This hasn't been mentioned yet, but every one of the Nineteen has a title. It is always formatted as "The xxxx". So uhh, give em a title that describes them. The "The" is mandatory lul. F.e. Remnants title is "The Harbinger of Eternal Ice"
Most of them are the head of a guild, so you can name their guild, or just mention which guild they're a part of.
They need a race, so, are they a humanoid? A monster? What kind?
What does their skillset focus on? This one is probably the one that should influence their title the most, but not necessarily.
And, of course, they need an actual name.
I've done something similar to this a long time ago with monster ideas, and some of them ended up being included in the story. Sadly, the opportunities for the Nineteen to shine are few and far between, so anything you make may never see the light of day. I do plan to have small info blurbs at the beginning of chapters to explain the nuances of traveler culture. That way, we don't need to slog through twenty chapters of questions and answers without anything happening. I think making that blurb a spotlight for random Nineteen members could be fun as well, so that's probably the most likely spot your creation will turn up.
Anyway, this is mostly just for fun, so try to have some of it while thinking up a cool/cute/edgy lil guy.
