I would normally savor the chance to come up with a fun title for a new comic, but it's too hot, and my brain is shot. Does anyone have any punny plays on romance that might also suggest a hallucinogenic experience? Or just a funny title? Winner gets a print of this comic mailed to them.

Pencil on matte board, with colored pencils and washes done on tracing paper. I actually started coloring the hat on fella #1 before realizing I would prefer to be able to have the lines on an entirely separately layer in order to intensify contrast (I didn't feel like inking this one).
I may yet alter the colors so the comic is not too much in the universe of Frog and Toad (the book series). There's something fun about that, but I don't think the art style is close enough to Arnold Lobel's. -Nick
