To all my fellow VAM gamers,
This is going to be a long post, so sorry in advance for the wall of text. You’ve been warned 🙂
2025 has been an awesome year. Like any year, it came with ups and downs. There were moments when I felt completely exhausted and burned out from making scenes, and there were also moments when I couldn’t wait to open up VAM and start creating. With the holidays behind us, I wanted to sit down, look back at everything I’ve done over the past year, and share that journey with you all.
In 2025, I completed and released 36 scenes in total (including Cosplay NTR released last week):
15 full story scenes
6 non-story scenes
5 free scenes
9 commissioned scenes
That’s… a lot of work—and I’m genuinely proud of it. These scenes vary greatly in scope and length, with full story scenes being the most time-consuming and free scenes being much smaller in comparison.
Before I dive into specific scenes, I want to share something a bit more personal.
Between June and August, I was really burned out. I simply couldn’t keep up with the pace of two scenes per month anymore while juggling kids and work. I hit a wall. Making scenes started to feel like an obligation instead of something I enjoyed. Every two weeks felt like a scramble just to get something out, and I seriously considered quitting the VAM scene entirely.
But I hate quitting. I still had so many ideas in my pipeline—things I genuinely wanted to finish and share with you. So around that time, I slowed down, took a short break from VAM, and resumed my daily meditation routine. That reset helped a lot. It kept me sane, reignited my passion, and gave me clarity. I now have a much clearer vision for what I want to create in 2026, which I’ll share in a separate roadmap post soon.
Full Story Scenes (2025)
Now, let’s talk about the full story scenes. I’m mostly thinking out loud here, so don’t expect perfect structure 😅
Listed by release date:
The Good Neighbor
Stepmom Yoga Fantasy
The Confession
The Spa Story (2 parts)
Date Night
Pool Story
The Probationary Teacher
The Loud Neighbor
KTV 2
The Inn Keeper
The Hypnosis Show
Bed and Breakfast NTR
Demon Slayer (2 parts)
Caught in the Shower
Genshin Impact Cosplay Girl NTR
These scenes take the most time and effort to create. Writing is honestly one of the hardest parts for me. The script alone can take days—not because English isn’t my native language (I’m not great at writing in Chinese either), but because storytelling just doesn’t come naturally to me.
Lately, I’ve started experimenting with AI to help with dialogue (for example, Cosplay Girl NTR), and that’s something I’ll probably continue exploring.
Story scenes have always been—and will always be—my main focus. I truly believe that a good story or setting dramatically enhances a scene. After all, the brain is the biggest sex organ.
Many of my stories lean heavily toward NTR, and I know that’s not everyone’s preference. Some of you have reached out asking for non-NTR content, and I did make a few non-NTR scenes this year (Date Night, Demon Slayer, Yoga Fantasy, etc.). That said, NTR will likely remain my main focus in 2026 when it comes to story scenes. If you ever have interesting story ideas—NTR or not—feel free to message me. Most of my inspiration comes from JAV, visual novels, or hentai games… and yes, I now officially watch porn “for research” 🙂
A Few Creative Notes
Story
Most of my NTR stories follow familiar patterns, but what excites me is the slow, painful, inevitable downfall of the girl—the subtle behavioral changes, internal conflict, suspense, and eventual reveal. Capturing that nuance in VAM is hard. One regret I have is not having a single overarching narrative tying everything together—a sort of “Vamsoy universe.” That’s something I want to work toward in 2026.
Audio
I experimented with voiced scenes early this year (Good Neighbor, Yoga, Confession), but ultimately stopped. The results didn’t justify the extra cost and coordination effort. If I ever find the right VA, I might revisit this in 2026—but only if it truly adds value.
Presentation
Most story scenes use autocam with subtitles, sometimes mixed with UI selection. Recently, I’ve been leaning more toward a visual novel style (click-to-proceed), like in Cosplay Girl NTR. It gives players more control and feels more game-like. Expect more of this approach in 2026.
Animation
My animations aren’t the longest or most complex, but they take an enormous amount of time. There are countless nights where I spend hours—sometimes an entire night—tweaking a single animation or facial expression. I don’t have formal animation training (I have an MBA and work in a completely unrelated industry), so long, complex animations are especially challenging for me. I try to compensate with detail, emotion, and variation wherever I can.
I originally wanted to break down every story scene individually… but I’m honestly running out of steam typing this 😅
Maybe I’ll run a poll instead and let you tell me which scenes were your favorites in 2025.
As for non-story and free scenes, those were mostly fillers between major releases. I realized I simply can’t maintain a pace of two full story scenes per month. In hindsight, I may shift away from filler scenes and focus only on projects I truly care about—though there were exceptions (Employee Benefit was genuinely fun to make).
Overall, I truly believe I did the best I could this year, and I learned a lot along the way. I’m excited, motivated, and already thinking ahead to 2026. I’ll be sharing my 2026 roadmap in a few days.
One small favor: if you enjoyed any of the scenes I made, please consider leaving a review on the HUB. It helps more than you might think.
Finally, thank you—sincerely—to everyone who supported me in 2025. There’s absolutely no way I could have made it through this year, or produced this much work, without your encouragement. One of my favorite things about the VAM community is how mature, reasonable, and considerate you all are. I’m incredibly grateful for the support, feedback, and patience you’ve shown me.
Thank you for being part of this journey ❤️
