【What I worked on this week】
I finished the storyboard.
I built the 3D previs.
I also drew New Year’s cards.
It has been a while since I drew a single illustration, so it took a bit of time to get my rhythm back.
That reminded me how important solid figure drawing is, so my approach to animation rough drafts may evolve from here.

【Considering discontinuing the PSD plan】
I am focusing on animation right now, and I have far fewer chances to draw full single illustrations.
Because of that, the PSD plan updates have become much less frequent.
I am considering discontinuing the PSD plan by the end of January.
If you have any thoughts, I would really appreciate your feedback.

【本周制作内容】
我完成了分镜稿。
我制作了3D预演（Previs）。
我还画了年贺状。
因为很久没有画单张插画了，所以找回手感花了一点时间。
这也让我再次意识到角色素体与基础绘制能力的重要性，所以我对动画草稿的做法可能会在之后做一些调整。

【正在考虑取消PSD方案】
我目前把重心放在动画制作上，画单张插画的机会明显减少。
因此PSD方案的更新频率也降低了很多。
我计划在1月底前评估并考虑取消PSD方案。

【今週の制作】
絵コンテを仕上げました。
3Dのプリビズを作成しました。
年賀状も描きました。
久しぶりに一枚絵を描いたので、感覚を取り戻すのに少し時間がかかりました。
キャラクターの素体描画力の大事さを痛感したので、今後のアニメ制作の下書きに対する考え方が少し更新されそうです。

【PSDプランの廃止検討中】
現在アニメ制作に集中しており、1枚イラストを描く機会がだいぶ減っています。
そのため、PSDプランのアップデート頻度がかなり低くなっています。
1月末までにPSDプランの廃止を検討しています。
よろしければ、ご意見をいただけると助かります。
