[Weird] Sockgagged & Silenced!

Like I mentioned in the WIP thread, this is a full redraw of one of the very oldest Weirds. Still one of my favorites!

Well, it's gonna be pretty tough escaping this one! Especially now with that extra tape. I'm sure I'll wiggle my way out somehow... veerrryyy slowly. 😷
