The monster continues to insert its tentacle into the victims mouth, feeling her and giving her oxygen to make sure shes alive. It then proceeds to milk the girl, making her release her nutrients which will attract smaller sea life for it to feed on. It then swallows her, keeping her forever stuck and alive; violated and stimulated while her feet stick out, lure for other sea life to poke at before the monster eats them
