Game still broken (Patch 1.117 from Hell)

I'm still trying to find the issue in my game after many hours updating and getting rid of mods. I had 265GB of cc in my folder. (Yeah... don't do that btw)
I'm still deciding what the hell I should do. I'm even considering starting a fresh mod folder at this point. If you guys are having trouble with my sims I suggest you take out the TRAITS. Some might not work or break your game.
