You should have automatically have been added to it, but if not the link is here, make sure you integrate your Patreon account with Discord... or however that works:
Just to be clear, if you have not purchased a tier or stop purchasing a tier, you will no longer be able to access any of the chats anymore. Patreon will automatically remove your roles and thus, your permissions to the channels. You have to be- at the very least- a donator to be able to participate.
