Alright guys, let me start by saying we appreciate all the support you give us. There's currently two issues we're facing with credits.
First, the audio show notes have become ACTUALLY un-postable due to all the names in them, but since literally nobody reads the names in the audio show notes I've just dropped the show note mentions from credits benefits for every tier, this should also make the show notes more usable for our audio audience in the future. I should have done this eons ago really.
Second, and far more noticeable for you all, we have over 1,000 patrons at the $3 tier now, which we LOVE! Seriously, thank you guys for keeping this place running. This has had a side effect we didn't think about though, even posting 10 patron names a second (a ludicrous rate of new names on screen) we are looking at 2 solid minutes of credits just for the $3 tier. It makes the credits both too long and too hard to read at this point if you are looking for a name to do the TV pointing meme at.
The more we make Berilio play with the credits to make them legible and not take 5+ minutes the more we realize it's a lost cause. (The reason it's a problem is it tanks our viewer metrics on YT as nobody watches all the way through anymore due to the length and also the credits are now longer than the credits music we use as a second funny issue...)
If I delete the benefit from the $3 tier it solves the issue obviously, but we also don't want to upset the people keeping food on the table for Berilio (and Eric, you bum.)
SO THE QUESTION IS SIMPLE: If I delete the $3 patrons from the end of the video credits would you be mad about losing your name in the video credits?
(THIS DOES NOT AFFECT $5 AND UP PATRONS I JUST DIDN'T WANT TO BAN YOU FROM SEEING THE POST)
