Decided to switch up the style for this month's audio and wanted to get your input as to how!
Narration + Dialogue
I've heard a few VAs do this style of audio and wanted to try it for a while. Basically a mix of usual direct-to-Listener audio with interludes of more prose-like narration, describing what's happening between scenes or even during scenes when there's not much talking.
Smash Cuts
This has been discussed as well, the idea of an audio that starts out with regular, non-sexual dialogue and then SMASH CUT to mid sex scene, moaning and SFX etc. I think it would be fun to go back and forth a bit, especially with the narrative justification of a Listener character seeing flashes of the future, as some have suggested. These could also be flashbacks to a previous sexual encounter, while you're trying to have a normal conversation now.
(Almost) No Dialogue
I'm not sure if I could do an entirely wordless audio without relying on narration, but an audio with as little dialogue as possible, maybe just like cursing and a few whispered words here and there between the moans could be fun to try.
Recordings / Phone / Video
This is the most similar to stuff we've done before, and keep it mind there would likely be no physical sex between Listener and Speaker, but it could be fun to revisit voicemails, phone calls, voice recordings, videos and FaceTimes and have an audio made up of just these things. Open to suggestions on how to switch it up, too!
