Added a new option ("Ikari") to Saki's naming dialogue tree in "All I want for Christmas", which was previously missing
Removed gameplay cheats option in favour of always showing a cheat button in "Do you remember?"
Moved affection/lust cheats to gameplay settings
Fixed page up/down keys not scrolling in some menus (phone, replays, ...)
