The Pacman Ghosts are here! The member who commissioned them requested to stay anonymous but he did want me to share some info with you.
The Ghosts designs are based on how they behave in game.
Blinky(red) Is a relentless chaser and therefore is a girl who runs marathons.
Pinky(pink) Is an ambush attacker who always targets 4 spots in front of Pac man so she is a ninja/assassin.
Inky(blue) Is a tactician, using Pac mans location and Blinky's location to calculate the best place to go to box in Pac man.
Clyde(orange) is an odd ball.

Note that their blue forms can be turned on by toggling off the first accessory slot. And can return to normal by toggling it back on.
Also note that they are all on the same card and are attached to the first four outfit slots.
