[TOX] Touchdesigner Interface Customization

Hi, Nerd alert :

I tried to find ways to easily customize your TD interface with images.

You can drop this tox in any of your projects to make images appear onto the interface.

Once dropped, my puppet and my logo will be displayed, but of course, you can easily replace them with your own images.

For now, the timeline and the Operator creation dialogs are concerned, but you can do much much more..

For example, @function.str released some very useful tools to create custom toolbars on top of your interface, look at his page for more details.

Tell me what do you think about it, and i'm waiting for suggestions to go further together.
