In the Beginner course, you’ll learn the foundational Greek myths in Ancient Greek, and learn to read, and even start to speak, this most beautiful of languages from antiquity.
For those of you who have read Thrasymachus’ Catabasis or equivalent, you are ready to read your first authentic text: An Ephesian Tale, one of the first novels in history:

In this course, in which we will read one of the most fun and ridiculous of works from antiquity, I’ll be guiding you in how to think in Ancient Greek, and you’ll learn to express yourself in Ancient Greek with idiomatic expressions found in the text.
