Hello everyone, hope you're all well, just a quick update of where things are at:The Lilydale video is incredibly close to completion. There's just a couple of shots I need to go out and grab, and I'm also waiting on a couple of things from other people, then it'll just be down to ironing out minor issues. Really hope to have this up for you within the next couple of weeks at most. I'm very pleased with how this video is turning out and.. it's currently sitting on 101 minutes long!Last week I got invited to come look at the construction site for the SRL station at Clayton (photo above). I won't be making a video about this particular visit as it's still pretty early days for the sorts of things I like to talk about, but it was a good opportunity to get some 'before' shots which will no doubt come in handy down the track, and it's good to see the SRL team appears to have a similar policy on media engagement to the Metro Tunnel (it is also some of the same people!), so no doubt we'll be able to get lots more coverage as the project progresses.At the start of the year I mentioned I would eventually make a video about NSW's V sets, and that I was waiting for the final run so I could have the complete story. A few of you may have noticed a little bit of footage from that slipped into the start of the XT2 video, and I realised I never actually updated here that I was in fact on the last V set run on 30th of January, as well as spending the day before covering the last regular operations. The last run was an incredible atmosphere, similar in many ways to the metro tunnel launch and the first XT2 run, and I'm quite excited to make a video about it, which will be very high on the priorities list after Lilydale is done.Thanks as always for your ongoing support!~Martin
