When will the items ship?-As this is a special event, we will wait for the end of the month to account for all units and ship in March
Can I subscribe just for 1 month to get the merch?-You absolutely can! While we hope you will stay with us for a while, there is no minimum requirement to be eligible for the merch.
I have an annual subscription for a lower tier and can't switch to monthly - is there any solution?We are happy to offer flexibility to accommodate existing patrons. Please send us a message and we will find a solution for you
Which countries do you ship to?-We can guarantee shipping to EU, NA, AU and CA. For other countries please inquire via PM.
I have joined these tiers earlier this month and my items have not yet shipped - what will I get?-We will get in touch and offer you the choice to get either Classic or Valentine's editions of merch. You will get the stickers gift if you joined in February =)
Do I HAVE TO get the Valentine's editions if I subscribe this month? What if I want a classic bracelet, can I mix and match?-You absolutely CAN mix and match, or get full classic if that's what you prefer. Just send us a message with your preferences.
