A belated Happy Birthday to my pal Issa ahhh!~ (/ ｡ ◁ ﾟ)/ This draw is a bit of a follow up to Issa's draw with Leu from last year X3c
Also, the second part dooble is staying monochrome for now since atm I dont have final colors for Zephyr just yet aha ( ｡ ω ﾟ) So maybe once I hav that I can go back and touch it up with some flats at least!~ X3c
