Introducing the mad scientist and test subject #39 that he's quite fond of.
I just figured out this guy's character design! I had a rough idea brewing in my head for a full year but it wasn't until several attempts later that I felt satisfied with it. I'm hoping to do some wild and wacky things with this premise going forward... (I'll post the "contraption piece" soon as well, it just needs a bit of polish)
