I felt like Sabrina would be the perfect character to help boost up Hannah's confidence. Tara is Hannah's long time bestie, so when she tries to talk her up and get her to be more confident it has a bit of a diminished effect. Now, a sort of outsider is saying it so maybe it hits different. Especially when it's coming from someone who is considered to be hot and popular.
