Even knowing Lorraine as well as she does, I think Nicole is still sometimes stunned by just how open and forward Lorraine can be.
I felt like Lorraine would be eager to work out her "frustrations" from the incident of seeing Trevor, and just assumed that Nicole would be in the same position.
Also, while I was drawing I thought it was a funny little extra visual gag of how Nicole was holding the toy as she saw Lorraine suddenly strip in front of her. -Shwiiing!-
