DESCRIPTION
Like all of my projects, this sequence has ballooned in ambition, but it's been a lot of fun experimenting with the use of 3d to help with backgrounds. The first picture in the sequence is 100% complete and should be a reference for how the rest will hopefully look once finished. The rest of the sequence features raw 3d renders that I'll be painting over key parts of - by the end the backgrounds should be stylistically consistent with the characters.
