Little late again. Sorry but thank you all for bearing with me. I shouldn't have to go outta town again for a while so things will HOPEFULLY finally go back to normal lol. Anyways:
WHY AM I SO HORRIFIED WATCHING A SHOW FOR 6 YEAR OLDS
Seriously, I thought Ben 10 was the kinda thing where the ramifications of the lore were truly terrifying but not really touched on in the show itself. No. It's touched. They're ALL touched.
This show understands its body horror potential and delivers on it as much as it can without actually having to change its rating. The villains this week are both genuinely scary in their own way - which only makes it funnier that the message seems to be "eh, don['t worry about them."
Honestly, the gaslighting against Ben is getting a bit ridiculous. But, that could be its own entire video haha.
Still, it's clear at this point that the moral of the show is simply: Nothing can have fear over you, as long as you can punch it.
