Who knew a friendship between Magneto and Apocalypse could be so (mostly) wholesome? They really bring out the best in each other. Which makes sense, cause they are now both some of the best parts of this series.
Magneto has always been a star and '97 is a great vehicle for him, but I was surprised how moved I was by Apocalypse. Especially because I wasn't really moved by Rise at all haha. This might be one of those rare occassions where the show really is better than the book.
Is it annoying its only part one? Yes. But also, I'm glad they are taking their time. Clearly, it's paying off.
Also, so sorry about Ben 10. I hope this is a nice conciliation. I had a bit of a family emergency and won't be back until Wednesday. I'm hoping to edit on the flight but we shall see. It will go up before YT even if I end up having to skip a week there as well.
