DESCRIPTION

Real life happens at sea too.

Minds and bodies will still experience ill-health.

The difference is the beauty of an ocean environment can help support healing.

But you can also feel far more ‘alone’ - isolated within your battles.

It’s a life that doesn’t allow you ‘sick days’…there’s always a line to be pulled, an anchor to drop/raise, a plan that needs adjusting, a family that needs love and feeding…and that’s just the start.

But after every knock-down emerges a stronger version of you.

Because what challenges you…also has the potential to improve you.

And as Ross likes to say; ‘this is the universe’s way of finding out how much you want this’.

So if you’re also in the ‘thick of it’ - in any life - remember this:

Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, ‘I will try again tomorrow’

Side note: huge thanks to all Patrons who have been so patient with us as Laura has been too unwell to create or post regular content the last few weeks. Pleased to report she’s feeling much more like her bubbly self again now.
