WHATS BEEN GOING ON?

Summer Holidays Are Almost over! :

I’m excited about going to M.V.A since it's going to be my first time going there and I might make a lot of friends there but I also have a lot of work to do after the summer holidays are over.

I don’t really have a lot to say on this topic but we are going to the UK soon! As a brit, I formally announce that I am particularly excited.

What’s been happening:

Dad’s dad (my grandad) came to visit in his camper van so we spent a lot of time on board with mum and dad went to see him. Then sometimes we would go and have meals out and play chess! One time me, mum and Josh had a really nice stay in an amazing hotel for 3 days so dad and grandad could go sailing but there was a storm and whilst dad was on his own the boat next door was struck by lightning! We were glad we weren’t on Holly Blue then!

We have spent a lot of time in a small town called Mytikas on the mainland which was great for sitting out storms and provisioning…we did a lot of fun things, like: water balloons! Once we filled the water balloons up, chaos erupted, small pieces of destroyed balloons hit you like concrete, water splattering, some balloons were even brought back! It was very windy though, making it hard to take the tender to the park, so most times we had to walk..

CAUTION: I seriously do not recommend going to Mytikas unless you’re vigilant, people’s things have been getting stolen. Including paddle boards and tenders - also at one point a man followed us to the park and even jumped in bushes to hide so mum called dad to come and pick us up - she was really freaked out!

Recently we found a really sick kitten at Mytikas Port…I spotted him lying in the gutter on hot metal and he was really lifeless. Me and Josh begged mum to take him home and we carried him around with us in a box on mums scarf for about an hour until mum plucked up the courage to ask dad because we were sure he would say no since he had been really busy recently but once he saw the kitten he said YES! I didn’t really help a lot with the Marley, it was josh! He helped care with flea baths, eye baths, and medication. And now we’re are stuck with a gender swap because for the first two weeks we thought Marley was a girl!

Now it tuns out it’s a really nice story because we got him to a vet in lefkada who gave us antibiotics so his eyes are completely healed, he has no more fleas, and he has no illnesses for now…lots of really kind people donated to our Care For The Strays fundraising to help us do this and he even has a forever home in the UK that we can pay to fly him to!

In Other News :

Our water maker had broken, so we went to lefkada to fix it. On the way we actually got a new washing machine, meaning we don’t need to go to a town to wash our clothes!

Whilst we were in Lefkada I went to the town a lot with mum so dad could use the boat and tools easily…it was really hot but there are fountains at lefkas town so mum dared us and said if we ran through them we would get ice cream.. it was a fun experience, Josh crawled through them and got totally soaked but I got cramps, and I hate cramps. I did get ice cream though so amen to that!

Mum got really ill and had a ton of migraines, she literally was so ill she had to go to hospital where she had a CT scan and x-rays….and it turns out she has something weird with her neck which means she has to work lying down but also a ‘fibromyalgia flare up’ - that is one hell of a tongue twister! Her shoulder also froze and I think it’s also because of the fibromyalgia flare up.

No but seriously I feel bad for her because she’s temporarily disabled in her right arm and a way we could solve this is to be on our best behaviour but also she had to take a break from working and doing too much which she is basically rubbish at.

More news on Marley…we are bringing him to England with us along with 3-4 OTHER CATS?! (Iwant to keep them all so badly) it’s sad but also good because he is going to a loving forever home!

We finally got our deliveries…I absolutely formally love the legos, there’s nothing else to say.

We have also been doing loads of new cooking with mom who is teaching us how to make fresh pasta and lots of different sauces from totally fresh.

Our new paddle boards are cool too! There is a new seat that means I won’t rock the whole thing and get mum to fall in the water in the process!

Where we are now :

We’re on Kalamos and its stunning.

Dude, the water here is SO CLEAN! It also is absolutely stunning! There is also a lot of boats around here MAKING ALOT OF NOISE when I am trying to sleep.

WHAT WE’RE EXCITED ABOUT THIS COMING MONTH

Nanny and Grandad are visiting us in Greece soon! can’t wait to see them!

I didn’t know this but we are actually sailing south to new places I also can’t wait for that!

I am also starting mva (which I have already talked about so I won’t state again).

A THANK YOU TO ALL OUR SUPPORTERS:

Thank you everyone for supporting us - we really appreciate it.

See you in the next one,

Noah 👍
