That purple/blue creature is the start of a design for a possible costume for myself. I've never really made costume stuff for myself, I've worn some of my creatures for conventions and stuff but never intended to keep them. Asking myself what kind of creature I'd actually want to perform as, without the expectation that "this needs to be sold afterwards". Something along these lines, though the details and colours will probably change a bit.
Money constraints have been a big reason why I've never really made one for myself before. And it's something I'll have to work on slowly in the background between commission/sellable projects. But I'm hoping it's something I'll be able to bring to life eventually.
