I'm trying out a new workflow that's better suited for longer anims with multiple poses or... anything more involved than different camera angles, really. Instead of keeping the entire animation in the same file, you can split it into multiple files. Simple, right? That's how I did Asuka's first long-ass anim, but haven't revisited the method because I thought there has to be a better way.Spoiler: there isn't. It might eat up a lot of space in some scenarios (Asuka is at 2gb per file, 4 files total), BUT it greatly reduces the mental stack of working on long anims, as each individual part is a LOOOT easier to polish and adjust the length as needed. That's exactly the kind of optimization I need to learn.The bad news is that I'm a full week into this project now and it's still jank as hell, lots of work left. Expect more WIPs before it's done.
