This video is a scenario where I tried my best to imagine how allergies would bother somebody completely out of the blue. After all, even the slightest of triggers can set someone off...
Throughout, my opinion of my sneezes changes from denial to believing it to be a regular, everyday occurrence to feeling a need to hide and apologize for my sensitive nose. I regularly excuse myself and show embarrassment before tucking my nose into my tissues. My sneezes keep coming, and eventually we decide to go outside so I can let my sneezes come freely. I hitch and buildup, unsure of the source of the irritant. Volume growing louder each time my nose gives in to another tickly sneeze, my body cannot pretend it's doing anything other than having a terribly itchy allergic reaction.
Imagine someone who could not stifle if they tried- has never stifled even. They let them out the only way they know how. There's no quieting their sneezes other than muffling them.
