A major highlight was redesigning April to coincide with her appearance in the series; I’m still really proud of that design and feel like it’s become quite iconic. I also wrapped up the long-running Angelmoon commission series that year.
Oh, and the Easter Bunny gang! I set a goal to give my old Chocolate Bunny character four distinct friends. I still remember researching prison gang tattoos for them—it really scratched that visual storytelling itch."
