Backup of previous game patch still working for me, i tested in my Steam copy of the game but this backup also includes a Epic Games version (not tested in my system):
Make a backup of your gta5.exe and playgta.exe (case it exists) before applying the copies of this zip to be able to rollback case things doesn't work.
