I wanted to give you a small update on what I've been working on lately.
Over the past few weeks, I've been focusing on improving my overall workflow. The goal is simple: reduce generation times while also getting better quality. So far, I've managed to speed things up a bit, and I'm also getting better facial details + more consistent results.
Another feature I want to experiment with is a new image format: square resolution. 👀
I'll probably make a dedicated test post for this soon, but I wanted to let you know in advance. A square canvas opens up a lot of new possibilities since it provides more usable space both horizontally and vertically. That means I can create more interesting camera angles, more dynamic poses, and compositions that simply aren't possible with the current aspect ratio.
I'm also working on a new collection of prompts designed to make image sets feel more structured and intentional, instead of relying on completely random poses. The idea is to create sequences that flow better while still keeping enough variety.
This part is still very much a work in progress. I'm testing different approaches, and I'll need to build a much larger prompt library before it's ready. It will definitely take some time, but I think the final result will be worth it.
