Victor thought that the gym leader Melony wasn't very good and entered the gym feeling really confident about his victory. She noticed this arrogance within him when he challenged her and felt motivated to put this guy in his place. Because of that he actually lost against her, but this wasn't enough for Melony. She invited him to a secluded part of the gym where she brought a psychic type pokemon that possesses the ability to shrink anything. She shrunk him and pressed her foot on his little body, as a form of punishment for his behavior. It was a cruel punishment however, her feet reeked of sweat and it was the only Victor was able to breathe, if he could even breathe at all. She was pressing her foot in a way that it would not crush him or even hurt him, but in a way that he could barely breathe under it. This just made him suffocate under her foot, and she intended to keep him under them for quite a long moment...
