DESCRIPTION
A nurse can't resist putting a tiny patient under her foot, keeping him in her shoe during her shift and suffocating him under the smell, sweat and pressure of her foot while she walks around. She tells him it's for his treatment but that's just a blatant lie so that she can fulfill her desire, not caring about the poor tiny young man being tortured by her.
