DESCRIPTION
In one district of Academy City, public trust had fallen sharply after a string of crimes. Judgement assigned Uiharu the task of restoring the residents’ morale. Unable to handle it alone, the shy girl turned to the beautiful and manipulative Shokuhou Misaki for help. Together, they began walking the streets… offering free services to the stressed and frustrated citizens.
