DESCRIPTION
The company I work for is finally beginning the insolvency process and I have to hold a group redundancy meeting with every member of staff and then individual meetings with each member to discuss their thoughts, offer voluntary redundancy, explain their rights, etc. It's going to take pretty much all day in terms of meetings.
Then I need to do even more on Friday to bring in administrators to formally take over management and begin investigations to make sure the business' failure is legal, watertight, and that there haven't been any shenanigans from the owners to try and syphon money out. I should be back to normal by this weekend, so it should just be Thursday's update.
And soon... soon I shall be free!
