Hi everyone, This week we've been working on animations while finishing the Chapter 3 script. This workflow saves time since animations rarely go to waste when we tweak the script. This scene:
In Chapter 3, you'll be able to jump in and out of a parallel universe that's on the verge of collapse. And no, it's not a throwaway dream sequence, things that happen there tie directly into the main story.
We tested some new AI tools this week, but the results were still pretty uncanny. AI can handle simple stuff like making characters talk, but it struggles with complex movements or anything it hasn't seen much of. We still have to provide reference animations so it's not really helping. As for the goth character, we're still working on making her feel unique, so no weapon poll this week.
