Freshman year was moving along, and Lori couldn’t wait for summer. It’d be nice to drop the classes and homework. Planning for the distant future, she needed to find a summer job. She had no idea where to look. It’d be nice if she found something with a steady nine-to-five schedule. A day job would leave her free to spend her evenings with Arthur. She also needed to find a place to live, which was a tall order given her budget. She might stay in the dorms, but that meant taking summer classes. Even then, they’d kick her out at some point, right?
Not everyone had parents who could house them during the semester breaks, but the school didn’t make it easy for anyone to stay when classes weren’t in session. Even international students were under pressure to plan, and Lori found the situation infuriating and unfair.
Lori held her head in her hands over the desk in the library. The stiff and ancient wooden chair was uncomfortable, so she leaned forward, but she wasn’t reading the open textbook below her face. The words meant nothing: black text in highlighted patches of neon colors on glossy white paper.
“Hey,” Kelly’s voice reached over from beside her. “Are you okay?”
Kelly, her roommate, her rock, and the most maternal person Lori had ever met. The woman had a sixth sense for whenever something was wrong, a trait Lori envied. Between her and Deb, Lori worried that her lack of warmth and maternal instinct was a moral defect.
Kelly reached over, letting her manicured nails rest against Lori’s arm. Her red nails matched her red dress, and she’d done her hair and makeup in a casual style, which was still leagues ahead of Lori’s minimalist style. She looked as if she had stepped out of a vintage ad for homemaking, while Lori was one candid photo away from an after-midnight Waffle House mugshot.
Lori took a deep breath. “Yeah, just thinking about the future.”
“I thought things were going well with you and Arthur?” Kelly asked.
“Oh, yeah, they are,” Lori said.
“But?” Kelly asked.
“No, no buts. Arthur’s great. He’s like the perfect boyfriend, which is great. No pressure on me, right?” Lori asked, then cut herself off before her voice grew loud enough for anyone else to hear her. “Sorry.” She shook her head. “No, Arthur’s great. I’m not worried about my future with him. I just started thinking about my summer plans.”
“Oh,” Kelly said, though her tone suggested she didn’t quite understand. “What are your summer plans?”
“Find a job and a place to live,” Lori said.
“Ah,” Kelly said, as if she understood. No offense to Kelly, but Lori knew Kelly had her summer plans set, which probably involved reuniting with her family.
The two of them sat beside each other at divided desks in a quiet, tucked-away corner of the library. It was the perfect sanctuary for studying with little to no through traffic. The worst part was that its isolation lent itself to quiet conversations more than studying.
“Well, take your mind off it. Summer’s a ways away. We have midterms to get through first, but hey, at least we have spring break on the other side,” Kelly chuckled.
“Yeah, that’ll be nice. A week off. Shame it’s still a few weeks away.”
“What did you think of Penny’s suggestion?” Kelly asked. “Cancun?”
Lori shrugged. “It sounds nice, but there’s no way I can afford it.”
“Are you sure?” Kelly asked. “It’s not that expensive with the group rate, and if you need–”
“I can’t afford it,” Lori said.
“Okay,” Kelly said, raising her hands in surrender. “But if cost weren’t an issue?”
Lori sighed. “It’d be nice. Maybe one day, when I’m a high-priced lawyer or something.”
Kelly nodded. “Still thinking pre-law?”
“Yeah, I’m 95% certain,” Lori said, nodding. “I have to declare a major sometime next year, anyway. Let it be Pre-Law, then I can apply to law schools after I graduate.”
“Isn’t Arthur in the five-year program?” Kelly said. “You could take a year off between–”
“Yeah,” Lori cut her off. There were times she thought Kelly was too traditional to be a lesbian. Well, she wasn’t a lesbian; she was bi, but Lori had only ever seen her flirt with women at the LGBTQ+ events on campus. “I could get an internship or some job experience as a paralegal before law school.”
“Look at you, having it all,” Kelly said. “A good man and a high-profile career.”
Lori grinned. “But first, I have to pass these exams.”
Kelly chuckled. “Then stop whining and get to studying.”
“Yes, Ma’am,” Lori fired off a mock salute and returned her attention to her book. She uncapped her highlighter and began isolating anything that might come in handy for her exam with renewed vigor. The squeak of the felt tip against the glossy page was soft in the silence, while Kelly’s pencil scratched against the paper beside her. Their momentum lasted for less than five minutes.
“What are Arthur’s plans for spring break?” Kelly asked.
“Working,” Lori said. “He’s taking that job in the marketing department seriously. Apparently, Beth, his manager, is pretty tough on him.”
“Does his office have any openings? You’d work together, that’d be so cute!” Kelly suggested.
“We already have a ton of classes together, and the same hobbies, and we see each other constantly. I’m not sure I could see Arthur all the time at work, too. He’ll tire of me,” Lori said. “Or worse, I’ll tire of him.”
Kelly chuckled. “Are you kidding? You two are head over heels in love with each other. I’ve seen you together.”
“We are, yeah,” Lori said. “Don’t get me wrong, I love him, and he loves me.” Lori shook her head and tried to focus on her reading. “But I’m too independent to be in his face all the time. I enjoy spending time with him, but every minute of every day would be way too much for me.”
Kelly shrugged. “It’s better than being alone.”
Kelly sounded sad when she said it, and guilt reared its head in Lori’s gut. She knew Kelly had struggled to meet a nice girl on campus. There weren’t a ton of lesbians attending Pendleton, and the ones she’d encountered thus far were paired up, not looking to pair up, or not Kelly’s type. At least, those were the excuses Kelly made every time Lori asked her about it.
“You need to find yourself a partner,” Lori said. Maybe then she’d keep her nose out of her and Arthur’s relationship for more than a hot minute. “What about that new girl you were chatting up at the LGBT support group?”
“Skylar?” Kelly asked. “She’s cute, but not my type.”
“And what’s your type?” Lori asked.
Kelly frowned and considered the question. “I don’t know. It’s like art; I know it when I see it.”
“That’s porn,” Lori said, chuckling.
Kelly rolled her eyes, and silence fell as they continued their work for another few minutes. Lori had gotten three pages further before Kelly voiced another suggestion.
“You could always get a job at the bookstore; they’re hiring,” Kelly said.
“Ugh, no thank you. I heard the store manager is a total creep,” Lori said.
Kelly grimaced. “Gross. Okay, what about going full-time at your cafe job then?”
Lori shook her head. “They don’t hire full-time, ‘cause then they’d have to pay benefits.”
“Right, sorry,” Kelly said.
She and Lori had already had that conversation multiple times, but Kelly didn’t seem to appreciate the realities of minimum wage the way Lori had to. Working at the Globe Cafe off campus wasn’t bad, but early mornings were her least favorite thing in the world. Still, the cash was enough to cover spending money. Her bank account remained a pittance compared to Arthur’s, but she had no idea how he did the investment stuff he sometimes mentioned. It all sounded like gambling to her, and she had too little money to risk losing it.
“You could nanny?” Kelly asked. “A family I babysit for is looking for a full-timer for the summer, if you’re interested? Lots of families need help over the summer and are looking for full-time nannies. Even live-in ones.”
“God, no,” Lori said, then laughed at herself and Kelly’s offended expression. “Sorry, I didn’t mean that to sound so derisive, but can you imagine? Me? Taking care of kids?”
Kelly shrugged. “You’d be great with kids!”
“Why? Because I’m a woman?” Lori asked.
“Have you and Arthur had the kids conversation?” Kelly asked.
“Yeah,” Lori said. “I’m not opposed to having kids, don’t get me wrong, but not now. That’d be years down the line, and he’ll be a better father than I’d be a mother, even then. I’d need to learn how to handle them, work with them, that kind of thing.”
“Deb could give you some pointers,” Kelly said.
“Oh, she’d love that,” Lori said, meaning it and not being sarcastic. “I’d hate it, but she’d love it.”
“Don’t you like kids?” Kelly asked.
“Sure, in theory,” Lori said. “But, like, I don’t know what they eat or when their nap times are. I’d be a terrible nanny.”
“Well, you have to learn sometime, right?” Kelly asked. “Wouldn’t it be better to learn from someone else’s kid instead of your own?”
“You’re obsessed with Arthur and me making babies,” Lori said, sighing. “Is it because you’re never gonna have kids of your own as a lesbian?”
Kelly flinched as if Lori had punched her in the teeth. Lori’s brain finally caught up to her mouth. “Oh, no, Kelly, that’s not what I–I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to say it like that.”
Kelly swallowed, shaking her head as she wiped her eye. “No, it’s fine. I know you didn’t mean it like that. Besides, there are other ways to have kids, even if I don’t end up with a guy.”
Lori frowned. “You know, for someone who says she’s bi, you haven’t gone after any guys, even the ones who throw themselves at your feet.”
Kelly frowned to match Lori. “Well, when I meet the right guy, I’ll give them a try.”
“Uh-huh,” Lori said, and they left it at that as she returned to her homework.
It took several minutes before either of them said anything, but this time it was Lori who broke the silence. “You know, I almost went over to your side a few weeks ago.”
Kelly looked up in shock. “What?”
“Valentine’s Day,” Lori said, explaining herself. “Arthur and I ran into this cutie at the theater we went to, and we asked her back to our hotel room.”
Kelly stared at her, blinking. “And you’re telling me this now?! Wait, what? Who?”
“Doesn’t matter; we’ll never see her again. That’s what made it perfect,” Lori said, chuckling. “It made for one hell of a Valentine’s present, if I say so myself.”
“And Arthur went along with it?” Kelly asked, surprised.
“Um, of course he did,” Lori said. “I asked him to, for one, and it’s every guy’s fantasy, for two. He’s incredible, sure, but he’s only human.”
Kelly still looked shocked, but Lori returned to her studying as if nothing had happened.
“So, wait, how did you like it? Did you–” Kelly stopped herself from asking, but Lori knew what she was asking.
“I let Arthur take control, as usual, and yeah, everyone had a good time,” Lori said, smiling at the memory.
“Is it something you’d do again?” Kelly asked. “With the right woman, I mean?”
Lori shrugged. “If the timing was right, and Arthur wanted to, and I wanted to, and they wanted to, whoever they were. I think we might. It wasn’t as fun as I thought it would be, but it was still pretty good. Maybe it just needs another chance.”
“I didn’t even know you were into girls,” Kelly said. “Is this a recent development?”
“Oh, I don’t know if I’m ready to carry a button or anything,” Lori said, glancing at Kelly’s purse. “It was my gift to Arthur. We did some stuff, but it was like, for him, and I was feeling those chocolates.”
“Chocolates?” Kelly asked, confused.
“Aphrodisiac chocolates from a boutique,” Lori said. “They were amazing.”
Kelly’s eyes widened. “I can’t believe you didn’t tell me about this!”
Lori chuckled, shrugged, and went back to studying. Kelly, obviously, had a million questions, but she refrained from asking them. Her eyes flicked to Lori several times, but she kept her mouth shut. The clock ticked on, the highlighter squeaked, and stopped as she reached the end of the chapter.
“Do you think you’d do it again if you were sober?” Kelly asked. “Not under the influence of anything?”
“Do what?” Lori asked, her mind full of other things.
“Have a threesome!” Kelly whisper-shouted.
“Oh, sure,” Lori said. “But it’d depend on the circumstances, and consent.”
Kelly turned thoughtful at that, chewing on her pen between notes. She wanted to ask more questions, Lori could tell, but she kept herself under control. Lori started transcribing the highlighted sections in her book, as Kelly checked the time on her phone. She texted someone, but Lori didn’t ask who it was. She had other friends, especially since Lori was usually spending time with her boyfriend.
“What will you do if Arthur wants to take you to Cancun for spring break?” Kelly asked, breaking the silence. “If he offers to cover it?”
“That’d be a waste of money,” Lori said. “He’s smarter than that.”
“What if he just wants to see you in a bikini?” Kelly asked.
Lori raised an eyebrow and looked up from her book. “If Arthur wants to see me in anything, he only has to say so. If he told me to wear a bikini and walk around campus with him, I’d do it.”
Kelly blushed and looked away, hiding her face with her hair. “You’re terrible.”
“But you love me anyway,” Lori said, chuckling as she returned to her homework.
“Yeah,” Kelly said. “Which is why you should let him take you to Cancun if he wants to. Don’t make a big deal of it, and don’t get upset at him for it.”
Lori closed her book with a sigh and stared at Kelly. “Did he tell you something?” They saw each other at the gym sometimes, in the mornings while Lori was working. This wasn’t the first time Kelly had warned her about something Arthur was planning.
“I said nothing,” Kelly said quickly. “But he and Brad were talking about it, and Arthur is planning on surprising you with the trip as a gift.”
Lori sighed. “That man, I swear to God.”
“So, you’ll go?” Kelly asked.
Lori checked her calendar. “I’ll need to tell my boss at the cafe, so Arthur had better surprise me soon. When is this surprise he’s planning?”
“I don’t know,” Kelly said, shrugging. “I assume soon, but I can drop a hint at the gym tomorrow if he hasn’t done it by then?”
“Please do,” Lori said. “I’ll let you know if he asks me before then. He’s supposed to pick me up from the library.”
Kelly nodded. “Don’t be mad at him. I thought it was sweet of him to plan the whole thing for you. It’s so romantic! He’s whisking you away to a beach vacation!”
“I can’t be mad at him,” Lori said. “Still, it’s infantilizing when he pays for everything all the time. I’m a modern woman. I should be able to pay my fair share.”
“Use your money to buy something he’ll enjoy; you can pay your share that way,” Kelly said, waggling her eyebrows.
“That’s even less feminist. You’re bad at this,” Lori declared, laughing at her roommate. “I have to repay him, though. You’re right.”
“And please don’t tell him I told you,” Kelly said. “And act surprised! I don’t want him to know I spoiled the surprise.”
Lori rolled her eyes. “Don’t worry, I won’t snitch on you.”
Kelly grinned and returned to her work, as did Lori. Lori tugged the sleeves of her ribbed sweater down as a slight chill brushed over her hands.
It had been a volatile transition from winter to spring thus far. Temperatures zigged and zagged between scorching highs and freezing lows, with rain and snow a constant threat. The HVAC system in the library couldn’t decide whether to fan, heat, or cool the air. The ancient unit kicked on at random times, but the low hum and occasional rattle only reached the top balcony in the archives, where they were sitting.
Lori’s phone vibrated after another round of studying, and she checked it, unable to restrain her smile.
Sir: Any chance I can sweep you away from whatever it is you’re doing for dinner before rehearsal tonight?
Lady: Weren’t you and Mark meeting to rehearse early?
Sir: He bailed. Anton asked for his help set building, so.
Lady: When is he going to ask him out?
Sir: No idea. He says he’s working on it.
Lady: lol.
Sir: So? Are you up for some dinner?
Lady: Sure. Kelly and I are in the library. Where are you?
Sir: On my way to you. Love you.
Lady: Love you too.
“Arthur’s coming,” Lori said, putting her phone away.
“I’ll let you two have some alone time,” Kelly said, taking her cue to pack her bags. She never seemed to linger long when Arthur was around, but Lori appreciated the instinct to give her and her boyfriend privacy. Were they too heavy on the PDA for Kelly’s comfort? Maybe, but Lori would not apologize for that. She enjoyed drawing Arthur out of his shell and showing him off from time to time. “See you tonight?”
“Yeah, unless Arthur’s willing to kick Brad out of his room for a night,” Lori said, grinning as she watched Kelly pack her things. Finding places to fuck on campus was easy, but finding places to spend the night was more difficult. If only Brad were a fuckboy, then Arthur’s room would be free more often. Or, if Brad had a girlfriend who roomed with Lori, they might swap roomies some nights.
Kelly loaded her books into her backpack, not paying attention to the thoughts growing inside Lori’s head.
“Say, if you’re looking for a boyfriend,” Lori said, setting up her pitch. “Brad’s a good guy for someone who looks like a fuckboy.”
“Yeah, he’s great,” Kelly said, nodding her agreement. “He’s not at all what you’d expect once you get to know him.”
“Oh, that’s right. You see him at the gym sometimes, right? With Arthur?” Lori asked.
“Yeah,” Kelly nodded.
“Do you like him?” Lori asked.
“As a person? Yeah, he seems decent, even if he’s a tad immature. He reminds me of my youngest brother,” Kelly said. “And he calls everyone ‘bro,’ even the girls at the gym. The first time he did it to me, I thought he was trying to insult me.”
Lori chuckled. “It’s better than hitting on them, I guess.”
Kelly nodded, throwing her overfull backpack over her shoulder as if it didn’t weigh more than her.
“I’m sure Arthur could put in a good word for you, if you wanted,” Lori said, grinning. “Could be fun? We could go on double-dates!”
Kelly shrugged. “Brad’s not really–”
“–your type.” Lori finished the sentence for her. “You might be bi,” Lori said. “But you might be a lesbian. That’s okay too.”
Kelly chuckled. “Sorry, like I said, he reminds me of my brother, and I don’t know. You know, when you meet someone, if you’re attracted to them that way, right? You click, and with Brad, there was no click.”
“Who have you felt a click with?” Lori asked.
“All of my exes,” Kelly said, laughing at herself and giving Lori that patient, maternal smile on her lipstick-red lips. “Have fun with Arthur, and at rehearsal.”
“See ya,” Lori said, blowing her a kiss.
Kelly blew her one in return and left the library, leaving Lori alone for several minutes. She kept transcribing her notes, not knowing how long it would take Arthur to appear. He hadn’t told her where he was, though she had to assume he’d just left his office. That meant she had about ten minutes, then he’d find her in her favorite secluded spot.
Arthur arrived twelve minutes later, wearing more casual clothes than she had expected. He wore a pair of flat khakis and a gray polo shirt that clung to his muscles and showed off his arms. The backpack over his shoulder appeared overstuffed, but its weight didn’t bother him. She grinned, wondering how work had gone, but he appeared to be in a fantastic mood.
“Hey, Beautiful,” Arthur said as he approached.
Lori looked up at him, and he leaned in to kiss her with his hand on her back. “Hello, Sir.”
“Do you have a second before we rush off to dinner?” Arthur asked.
“Uh-oh,” Lori said, trying not to grin. “What’s wrong?”
“Nothing’s wrong, I just wanted to give you something,” Arthur assured her as he set his bag into the chair beside her. “You said you have your passport, right?”
Lori raised her eyebrows. “Yeah. Why? Do we need to flee the country? Did you finally snap and kill Beth? Are we going on the lam?”
“No, nothing like that,” Arthur said, chuckling as he dug through his backpack. He produced a folder and laid it in front of her on top of her textbook and notebook. “But you’ll need it.”
Lori glanced at him, trying to appear curious. As much as it ruined Arthur’s plan, Lori was glad for the heads-up from Kelly. Without it, she might not have reacted as positively, but then again, it was Arthur. His enthusiasm and generosity were hard to quell, and she could never bring herself to say no to him. Not only was that not their dynamic, but seeing him smile did things to her on both physical and psychological levels that deserved study. Was that what love did to everyone? It was what it had done to her.
“What’s this?” Lori asked. She looked at Arthur for permission to open the folder.
“Open it,” Arthur said, nodding.
Lori slid her thumb between the folder’s edges and lifted the cover, laying the folder flat across her books. The left side contained two airline tickets. The right side contained a brochure for a beachfront resort in Cancun, the Hidden Oasis, that didn’t look real. “An adults-only, all-inclusive resort,” Lori read the words, raising both eyebrows and looking at Arthur. “So, you want to go to Cancun?”
Arthur grinned, a bit sheepishly, and rubbed the back of his neck the way he sometimes did. “I want to whisk you away from all this and take you to Cancun for a week of fun. We can’t do it every year, but we deserve to splurge once in a while, and heck, it’ll be good to get away from everything. Besides, it’ll be fun, and we’ll have a hotel room all to ourselves. No roommates, no scrounging for places to be together.”
Lori could tell he’d practiced that line, but she didn’t comment as she reviewed the brochure. It contained the gift receipt, showing what he’d purchased without telling her the cost, which had to be astronomical. “How can we afford this?”
“You don’t have to worry about it,” Arthur said. “Everything’s paid for, and the only thing you might need to buy is some beach clothes.”
Lori glanced at Arthur. “Really? Because, according to this brochure, the beach is clothing-optional, and the pool is topless?”
“That’s only certain locations and one of three pools, but yeah,” Arthur pointed to the descriptions showing her what he was talking about. The resort was decadent and promoted itself as sex-positive and temptation-friendly, but it appeared to take visitor comfort and safety into account. Arthur had done his research, as usual, and picked the perfect location.
“This must have been a lot of money,” Lori said, distracted by the itinerary that included spa treatments, entertainment events, and blocked-out time for parties and events at nearby clubs.
“Well, we got a special group rate,” Arthur said. “A lot of different people are going, so it could be fun.”
Lori raised an eyebrow. “So you’re taking me to a clothing-optional resort, with people we know from here? People we’ll have to see every day?”
“We don’t have to go to the clothing-optional locations. They have normal pools and beaches too,” Arthur assured her.
“So you don’t want to show me off to your friends, Sir?” Lori asked, teasing him and letting her eyes drop to see if she had any effect. “You don’t want me naked, riding your cock while you hang out with Brad, Mark, and Caleb?”
Arthur stiffened in his khakis, giving her the result she wanted. The fantasy was fun, even though they’d never do that. She enjoyed the thrill of almost getting caught, but getting caught? That’d be different. Besides, Arthur was shy. He wouldn’t let his dominant side out in front of his friends. That facet of him was for her alone, and she loved having a piece of him that only she ever got to see.
He smiled at her, knowing that the teasing meant she approved. “So, do you like it?”
“I love it,” Lori said. She couldn’t disappoint him after he’d spent so much on it. Lori smiled as she closed the brochure and rose from her seat to throw her arms around Arthur’s neck. She kissed him, pressing her breasts against his chest as she pressed her lips against his and slid her tongue into his mouth. “Thank you, Sir.”
Arthur returned the kiss with equal passion, though with more difficulty as his smile threatened to restrain his lips. “So you’ll go?”
“Of course,” Lori said, kissing him again. “But I’m not buying a bikini. If you want me to use the normal pool areas, you’ll have to buy me something to wear.”
“Deal,” Arthur said. She knew how much he enjoyed choosing her outfits, playing dress-up with her. She was his girlfriend, sure, but she was also his submissive fuck toy, and he played with her every chance he got.
“Want me to show you what I’d look like in a bikini?” Lori asked, whispering the question into his ear with hot, breathy words.
Arthur gulped. “Here?” he asked, looking around. It wouldn’t be the first time. “Let me do the sweep.”
Lori nodded, lowering her eyelashes as Arthur left her embrace and walked away. She waited for his return, even though she could get started without him. He’d punish her for it, though, if she stripped off her clothes before he gave the all-clear. Instead, she used the time to clear the desk she’d been sitting at, putting the folder and everything else into her backpack. When she finished, she stood behind the chair with her hands on the back, waiting for him.
“All clear,” Arthur said, returning from behind her. “You remember your safeword?”
“Let’s use ‘Cancun,’ just for fun,” Lori said, grinning as she kissed him again.
Arthur kissed her, then let his hands slide under her sweater, scratching light lines over the small of her back. He lifted her top with the motion, and Lori raised her arms in anticipation. Arthur removed the sweater, pulling it over her head and leaving her in her bra and jeans in the library. He placed the sweater on the desk and unbuckled her belt.
Lori slipped out of her shoes and waited, her hands still in the air above her head as Arthur lowered her jeans to the floor. She stepped out of them, leaving her in her bra and panties.
“Do you like my bikini, Master?” Lori asked, whispering.
Judging by the growing bulge in his pants, Arthur enjoyed her ‘bikini’ very much. The bra wasn’t anything special. Two large, black cups held her heavy DD breasts. The plain black features had no lace or ribbon to entice him, but the cups separated at the center. They showed the round curve of her breasts as the line of cleavage continued to the band around the top of her stomach.
Her soft stomach was a source of anxiety for their impending trip. She didn’t have Kelly’s toned abs. She kept fit, sure, but there were no hard lines of muscle on her body, no matter where anyone looked. Instead, she had soft curves that resisted any attempts at toning. Large breasts and a round ass were excellent assets, and she was proud of them. She wished her hips were smaller, but Arthur didn’t mind. She wouldn’t be the skinniest girl in a bikini at the beach, but Arthur never looked at other women when she was around, and that was enough for her.
Arthur traced his fingers along her thigh until he came to the broad waistband of her panties. She’d worn a simple pair of black briefs that were old and thin. The glittery constellations that had been sparkling gold when she bought them had faded into pale dots and lines against the faded black cotton.
“I’d prefer something with strings,” Arthur whispered back to her. “For easy access.”
They kept their voices low as they spoke back and forth, turning their banter into foreplay between lingering kisses.
“If you want access, take it,” Lori said. “I’m willing, Master.” Her breath hitched as he kissed her again, answering her tongue with his own and wrestling her into submission.
Arthur rubbed his middle finger against her, massaging her pussy from outside her panties. Lori widened her stance to give him better access, her hands still in the air. His exploring touch was soft and indirect, but the wet spot on her panties grew when he pushed the trapped fabric against her. Her arousal soaked through the material, scenting the air between them and wetting his finger.
“You’re wet?” Arthur asked in surprise.
“Of course, Sir,” Lori said, biting her lip as she watched the surprise on his face turn into lust. “I’ve been thinking of lying on the beach with you, fucking you under the sun in Mexico.”
She’d almost said ‘Cancun’ but remembered at the last second it would stop things, and she didn’t want to stop, even as her senses kicked up to eleven. The bookshelves separated them from the balcony railing, and no one could see them from where they hid. No cameras watched this spot either, which meant they were free to do what they wanted. The consequence, if caught, would probably be a warning. It’d be their first offense. Well, not their first offense, but the first offense as far as anyone else would know.
Even so, the threat of someone approaching and catching them made every creak of the old building a thunderclap in Lori’s ears. Every breath from Arthur’s lungs, and every whispered word, drew her full attention. His aftershave and soap filled her nostrils with every inhale, and his touch electrified every nerve. She was on edge, but it was that edge that made every kiss, rub, and pleasure more exhilarating than any roller coaster ride.
Her body knew what was coming, too, and responded in kind. Her arousal grew with every moment, and she wondered how much longer Arthur would make her wait, and whether he’d strip her. Still, she knew the routine. If someone approached, he’d pull up his pants and distract them. She’d hide between the desks, put her clothes on, and stash her underwear and bra. That was their default plan when they did things like this in risky places like the library or a classroom.
Arthur’s fingers slipped under her panties, not removing them. Instead, the cotton and the elastic in her waistband trapped his fingers and wrist against her. She thanked the universe that she’d shaved that morning, even though she hadn’t thought they’d do this. She liked to prepare.
“Please tell me you have a condom,” Lori said, lowering her hands as the ache set in.
“I do,” Arthur said.
Lori set her hands on his arm and chest, bracing herself against him as he rubbed her, then slipped a finger into her. She closed her eyes, embracing the intruding digit as Arthur swirled it against her opening, then added a second finger, curling them both and hooking her. He let his hand supply the pressure as if he were pulling her up, crushing his hand against her clit in the process and making her whimper in pleasure.
Arthur clamped his hand over her mouth, silencing her.
“Shh,” he shushed her. “This is the library.”
Lori wanted to grin beneath his hand, but she couldn’t focus enough to do it as he rubbed against her. She switched to breathing through her nose, the warmth of his hand covering the bottom half of her face. Her eyes scanned behind him, just to check, but no one was coming. He could do anything he wanted to her, and she’d beg him for more, if only she could stay quiet enough to avoid detection.
‘Silenced’ as she was, the standard three-tap signal was still in place. Even then, she could move her head and speak if she needed to, even if Arthur’s firm clasp over her mouth suggested otherwise. She breathed in quick, shallow breaths, heightening her excitement as Arthur fingered her. She spread her legs further, shifting her stance, and then stepping back as Arthur guided her to standing against the wall.
In a way, it protected her. Anyone coming up on them would see his clothed back, not her naked body. She appreciated his forethought. That it squashed her backside against the wall and gave a firm press against her ass was also gold-star worthy. Her breathing shifted into something heavy as he doubled his efforts with his hand, and her knees bent, lowering herself further onto him as he held her steady. His firm muscles wouldn’t let her fall. His hand over her mouth gave her a gorgeous view of his arm muscles and shoulder as his gaze bore his lust into her.
She wanted his cock. She longed for it, but knew better than to reach for it without permission. So she waited. Patience was the virtue Arthur most enforced, and she waited with the surety that he’d make it worth her time.
Arthur leaned forward, bringing his lips close to her ear. “Take off your bra.”
He let her push away from the wall enough to reach her hands behind her and unsnap the three clasps holding her bra in place. The straps slumped forward, and she moved her hands in front of her, letting the bra drop between them. Her breasts hung free, and she resisted the urge to catch and hold them. The discomfort faded as the heavy weight of her breasts settled, and she leaned against the wall behind her.
“Hands on the wall,” Arthur instructed. “Palms flat.”
Lori spread her fingers and pressed her palms flat against the wall on either side of herself. She kept her arms at an angle, as if forming a human arrow pointed to the ceiling.
Arthur moved to the side of her, his fingers still working inside her as his hand rubbed her, with his other hand over her mouth. She stood exposed in the library, a risky maneuver, but she put her trust in Arthur, letting him decide what was too risky for them. Surrendering that anxiety, that fear, made everything between them even more intense.
Arthur bent over, keeping his left hand in her panties, and his right hand over her mouth as he sucked on her nipple. Lori moaned; she couldn’t help it. She tried to keep as quiet as possible, but the resulting pleasure coursing through her forced her vocal cords to vibrate as she exhaled. Arthur released her nipple, grinning at her like she’d given him the excuse he wanted.
“Shh,” he warned her again, and resumed sucking. This time, he added his tongue to the mouthful of breast he took, and she shook to keep from moaning again. Arthur kept playing, holding her against the wall and driving her to the brink of her senses. The heightened, sharp senses she’d started with had whirled and collided until the world around them was nothing but a soft buzz in her awareness.
Her legs, arms, head, and body vibrated beneath his touch in an effort to hold back a thunderous groan that would let everyone in the library know what they were doing. They’d emerge from behind the stacks with red faces, ignoring the knowing glances as best they could.
“How’s my girl?” Arthur asked, his voice a whisper. “Are you ready to cum for me?”
Lori looked at him through her eyelashes, begging him to read her thoughts. Yes. Yes, she was ready to cum for him; all he had to do was make her.
“Can you do it quietly?” Arthur asked, teasing her.
She didn’t know, but she’d try.
“Cum for me, but if you make so much as a single sound, I’m going to spank you after rehearsal, with my belt,” Arthur warned her. The threat of a good time was hardly the deterrent he believed it to be. He resumed sucking on her breasts, alternating between each one as his hand moved into overdrive. Arthur finger-fucked her with two fingers while his palm moved against her clit in firm strokes.
If she were in his dorm room, she’d have bit down on a pillow or shoved something over her face to keep from screaming her pleasure. In the library, against the wall, with her clothes on the desk beside them, there was nothing but Arthur’s hand over her mouth to distract her. She bit her lip beneath his hand, then bit her cheek, trying to endure the pleasure with a bit of pain. It sent her over the edge, tumbling into the chasm of orgasm as her entire body clenched around him. She curled forward, but Arthur’s body stopped her from leaving the wall. He righted himself as she came, stilling his hand and letting her cling to him with every ounce of her strength. Finally, she sagged, and her breathing resumed. Arthur removed his hand from over her mouth, letting her catch her breath.
They weren’t done yet. Arthur was hard as a rock, but he hadn’t even sought his own pleasure. He’d just given her two gifts, a vacation, and an orgasm. His generosity knew no bounds, but she intended to thank him for both before they left the library.
“Fuck me,” Lori whispered. “Please, Sir?”
Arthur glanced around them. “Let me do another sweep. Stay low, okay?”
Lori nodded, and Arthur released her. He withdrew his arousal-slick fingers and cleaned them in his mouth, tasting her and closing his eyes as he enjoyed her. Lori bit her lip. God, that was hot. She loved how much he loved her, and everything about her and her body. She crouched toward the floor, hiding between the desks as he stepped away.
Arthur moved with some difficulty because of his erection. He checked around the corners, making sure the lines of sight were clear without exposing himself in case someone was nearby. He returned and gave her a thumbs-up.
“All clear,” Arthur said.
“Good,” Lori said, moving into the ready position. She knelt with her hands on the floor between her knees, leaning forward, her mouth open and her tongue out, waiting for his cock.
Arthur grinned and unzipped his pants. He pulled himself free and pushed forward past Lori’s lips, hiding his cock in her mouth and throat as she closed her eyes in pleasure. She loved the taste of his cock against her tongue. There was something delicious about his skin, and even his pre-cum, that she couldn’t explain. Perhaps it was just because it was him, but the effect was undeniable. She looked up at him, maintaining eye contact as she rocked back and forth. Her lips formed a seal, sucking him as quietly as she could as he stood with his hands on her head, guiding her back and forth along his shaft.
Normally, this would be where he’d say something encouraging. He’d call her a good cocksucker, or a good fuck doll, but the absence of his compliments wasn’t to discourage her. It was to maintain their privacy and security. She worked twice as hard then to get him off. Partly because she was getting hungry for dinner, and because their location made every tick of the clock a variable deadline. Someone could come around the corner at any moment, and she was still naked.
Unfortunately, the need for silence also restrained her methods. She couldn’t gag on Arthur’s cock, limiting her ability to throat him. She couldn’t slurp or make sloppy noises either. Nor could she hum and let him know how much she enjoyed blowing him. Every sign of enthusiasm was off the table, and silence ruled the surrounding air.
Arthur enjoyed himself, but she could tell from his thoughtful expression that he wasn’t going to cum from this. He was trying to think of what to do. Lori pulled her face away from his cock, then shifted. She moved to her back, lying on the library carpet, and pulled her panties off, leaving her naked. Her soaked panties became a wet ball she shoved into her mouth as a makeshift gag. Then, in case her position hadn’t made her desire clear, she spread her legs and raised them. She held them to either side with her hands hooked under her knees between her legs and the floor.
Arthur understood, put the condom on, and lowered himself over her without hesitation. He notched himself against her outer lips and pushed inside her with caution, not driving into her or forcing his khakis against her slick groin. He sawed in and out from his knees, pumping into her without driving her into the floor. It differed from their usual full-contact fucking, but it was pleasurable for both of them.
Lori clenched her insides against him as hard as she could, spread open as she was. Arthur kept fucking her, enjoying himself as he looked down at her from above.
“Such a good fuck toy,” he whispered. “I can’t wait to do this to you on the beach.”
Lori closed her eyes, nodding her approval to show her enthusiasm without making a single noise.
Arthur grunted, low and quiet as he stilled within her. His cock twitched, and she braced herself for the familiar spasm that blasted through him and filled her with shot after shot of his seed.
Lori relaxed, letting herself lie against the rough carpet beneath her. The world came back into focus as Arthur moved, pulled the condom from himself, and tied it off. She reached for it, opening her palm and asking for it without words. He gave it to her, and she winked at him as she sat up, wrapped it in tissues, and put it in her backpack’s side pocket.
She pulled the panties from her mouth and put them in there too, not wanting to put them back on unless Arthur made her. He didn’t object to her putting them away. She reached for her bra, and Arthur handed it to her. Then he helped her stand and hugged her tightly.
She rested her head against him as he hugged her, and she hugged him in return.
“I’m hungry,” she whispered when the moment was right.
Arthur chuckled, zipped himself up, and offered her the sweater she’d been wearing. She pulled the bra on first, fastened it, then donned the sweater. She pulled the jeans on last and slipped into her shoes again, envying Arthur’s simple zip to recover from the ordeal.
“Thank you for my gift, Sir. Both of them,” Lori said, kissing his cheek as she took his arm.
“Both of them?” Arthur asked, confused.
“The trip, and the orgasm,” Lori explained with a chuckle.
Arthur chuckled, checking their surroundings again as he nodded toward the aisle. “You’re welcome, now come on, let’s get some food before rehearsal, and we can tell the others the good news.”
Lori grinned. They gathered their things, kissed again, and Lori followed his lead as he guided her out of the library and over toward the cafeteria building. A few people glanced at them as they passed, and Lori swore anyone with a nose could smell what they’d been doing. Yet, no one said or seemed to notice anything out of the ordinary. At least until Lori caught her reflection in the doors and realized her hair was a mess.
She nudged Arthur. “You should have told me you messed up my hair.”
“I did it?” Arthur asked, looking over at her frizzled hair. “Oh, yeah, I guess. It’s cute, though. It’s the bed-head look. Isn’t that in style?”
“For guys,” Lori said, chuckling. She reached up to ruffle his hair, but Arthur saw it coming and leaned away, not letting her reach the top of his head.
“No!” He said. “Bad, Lori!”
Lori giggled, trying again as the two of them made their way outside. She gave up after several more attempts, but the wind did her job for her, as they walked arm-in-arm toward the cafeteria. The chilly wind made her think of Cancun, and the fun they’d have on the hot beach and in the sand. They’d have to be careful with their friends around, but a hotel room for just the two of them? That would be heaven.
She smiled at him as they walked, and Arthur smiled at her.
“I love you,” Lori said, squeezing his hand in hers.
“I love you, too,” Arthur said, kissing her forehead.
“I can’t wait for spring break now,” Lori said, grinning ear-to-ear.
Arthur smiled with her. “Me either, but don’t worry. I’m sure it’ll be here before we know it.”
