I think last year's reference was a bit more improvised since I kept changing Wuf and Hop's style as the comic progressed.
Now I've refined the style, simplifying some details and trying to make the proportions more cartoonish. I also tried to make the expressions a bit more "elastic," like in cartoons, although I'm not sure if it's that noticeable.
Well, I hope you like the new design, and soon the "Hop" one will be released along with his full name. ^-^
