I apologize for taking so long. We're in the process of moving, and it's taking much longer than we expected because they're addressing numerous complaints we've filed about the damage to the place, in addition to installing and moving essential appliances and furniture.

I don't want to use this as an excuse, but I feel like we need a change soon. The house we're in is literally falling apart, and I'm getting more and more anxious. :/
