Our brigade Sergeant-Major at Camp Bondsteel was grumpy and looked like a thumb. He loosened up over time and became okay, though.
Not everyone in our Brigade command was that chill, though.
Sometimes it set everyone on edge, and there was stress.
There was always that feeling that, no matter what you were doing, there was something wrong.
