About the Two New Characters
A few of you have been asking about the two new characters, so I wanted to clarify something.
They won't appear in Patch 0.40E.
The reason is that I've decided to take a slightly different approach. Instead of introducing them immediately into the main game, I'm preparing them to become the protagonists of two standalone spin-offs connected to the Prison Tales universe.
I'm currently working on redesigning the entire introduction and presentation of those projects, including the main title screen and overall visual style. Thanks to the new tools I'm using with Claude, I believe I can create a much cleaner, more immersive experience, which is why you've probably noticed this slight change of direction in development.
These two characters are going to play an important role in the future of the main game and in several possible endings, so I'd rather give them the introduction they deserve instead of rushing them into this update.
That's all for now! I don't want to spoil too much, but I'm really looking forward to seeing which option you choose.
