Bulge Growth Extended [GIF]

Added some extra frames to this animation, taking it from 8 to 42 frames, with extra throbby action at the end!

This is still just practice for some bigger animations of this type, I'm starting to get the hang of the rougher, sketchier style that will be needed to pull off this type of lengthier, girthier gif animation.
