Properties
Mortgage and rental payments are due every 10 minutes.
Down payment, property tax, and fees are combined into a single cash-to-close total on garage purchase screens.
You need enough money for the full cash-to-close amount before you can finance a property.
Car meets
Vehicles bought at car meets are registered with insurance as uninsured; you can add coverage later.
Failed car meet purchases show a specific reason (not enough money, no garage space, etc.) and use a Continue button to dismiss.
Garage space checks count vehicles not yet placed in a garage.
Freeroam events
Freeroam races and demolition derby cannot start while a vanilla mission or walkabout is active.
Demolition derby
Derby registration and triggers sit outside the speedway so they no longer conflict with mud barrel events.
Arena barriers stay hidden until a derby is running.
Dismissing the derby staging popup keeps it from coming back when you re-enter the marker.

Settings includes a Notifications menu with a master toggle and per-notification toggles.
Car meet, racing team, and FRE contract alerts can be turned on or off from Settings.
